  Whilst exploring the lovely town of Stone we noticed this restaurant and decided to pop in on the off chance that we might be able to order a couple of coffees, perhaps sample a dessert and sit in the pleasant covered garden area. We did not expect to get a table but also did not expect to have the head waiter rush towards us in order to ensure we knew that we were not welcome. We were dressed casually but Let's be honest, this is a pizza joint, all be it, a nice one, but its hardly the Dorchester. Strangely enough, we were good enough for the Dorchester but not for Pasta Di Piazza. Good manners and class it seems are not a part of their menu.

  Enjoyed a good meal on a Sunday lunchtime. Tasty Gnocchi and generous portions. I couldn't help but feel that this place would be greatly improved by removing 50-75% of the items off the absolutely huge menu. So much choice must impact on the freshness and speed of dishes. Someone else who had seafood pasta on our table commented how the fish was not fresh and I can see why given the massive quantity of dishes on the menu. On top of this although I understand it is an Italian restaurant it wouldn't hurt to have at least one ale option on the drinks list.

  My favourite place to eat. Food is always excellent and the place is lovely. Great food and atmosphere.
